Pretty! The hands are a little loose...? But it works fine. I have it in my bathroom and the condensation hasn't killed it. It looks the same as the day I opened it a couple months ago. Time is still accurate.
Short hand was loose

The clock is broken when we got it. After I put the battery in I notice the short hand fell to the six when it was just at 9. When the short hand was at a 9 or higher it fell to the 6. I think it was too loose in there. I had to return it. The color was good and the numbers were big but the time wouldn't go forward.

The clock is plastic-y but has a nice, modern look, so I intended to keep it and I mounted it -- and then realized the hands were not adequately attached to the turning mechanism, so when they tried to make the journey from the 6 to the 12, they invariably fell back down again.
Update: The seller responded immediately, sending a replacement, which has been working fine and looks pretty good on my wall.

Really love this clock. It's very pretty and it's just big enough that I can see it easily from the far wall in my apartment. It's also totally silent, which is nice if you can't stand a "tick tock" sound as you're trying to sleep.

Really great customer service! The first two ones I ordered had the second hand issue that others have reported - broken off and floating around in the clock. After returning the first one and receiving the 2nd one also with the second hand broken, the company graciously sent me two clocks. They both work. Three's a charm.
