This awesome thing keeps my mind at easy daily. It's my first time of having gas stove in my house and ever since I've moved here, I was looking for good gas detector. Someone recommended me this and I am happy I chose this one as this doesn't start beeping fake alarms unlike others I saw at my friend's place. It keeps my mind relaxed knowing there won't be any any wrong detection and it keep my house safe.

If you have gas in your dwelling, you shouldn't be without one of these. This is a hot-wire unit and is not flea-powered, but it won't break the bank in electric bills and will give you peace of mind. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS before installing. The location of the detector is very important and must be matched to the type of gas you have. Natural gas (methane) is lighter than air and rises, while propane and butane are heavier than air and settle to low spots. You MUST place your detector accordingly or else it will not give you the protection that it is capable of.
