Easy to install and work great. Came with all required hardware. Out of the box they appear to be sturdy and good quality for the money. I have a 12 foot Field and Stream Eagle Talon double hulled kayak hanging on one pair of the racks and a lighter sport/utility kayak hanging on the other. Both kayaks fit the racks fine and are easy to place into and take out of the racks.

We have two Hobie peddle kayaks that are 14 and 16 feet long and deeper than others as they are more the sit on top type kayak. The hangers fit well drilled in a cement block wall and are very sturdy. Just be sure to drill the holes deep enough to accommodate the depth of the mounting screws/bolts.

I took the advice of another reviewer and cut four 18" pieces of a 2x4 and screwed them into the stud; then screwed the brackets into the 2x4's. This helped with keeping the kayaks from scarring the wall knowing full well my kids wouldn't have paid attention to that detail when placing them into the hooks.
