In my case I'm a 36 waist and bought the XL, I had tried the large before and they were a little tight on the legs, so decided to go with XL now. These fit comfortably. So it's all up to how you like them, if you like them tight go with the size grade provided, a liittle loose purchase a bigger size, hope this helps.

The size is right but there's little to no lasting support or elasticity in the material. Elastic in the material stretches leaving them as supportive as boxers within an hour of wearing.
Too big for me! Next time I'll get a smaller size.
