I don't know how it is for diabetics but the taste is amazing. No weird tastes or after taste. Taste like regular sugar. My only complaint is everytime I come to re-buy the price has went up from $6 to $10 now. I refuse to pay $10 for sugar and a small bag at that. So this is where I go back to agave liquid. Its always by one get one free at my local store.

Product had no issues for delivery and condition. The taste is way better than other agave sugars. Much more of a sweet taste. I don't feel it's sweeter than some regular sugars. Does mix well with cold drinks but can coagulate in hot drinks. You need to sprinkle. Excellent to make simple syrup for cocktails and fruit ades. For travel, I would mix with a little raw sugarcane crystal to keep it loose.

I like that this is bulk packed, even if it's a small quantity. Like most people (probably.) I keep my sweeteners in jars/sugar bowl for ease of use. It definitely doesn't take much of this sweetener! I haven't noticed any glycemic issues with it either.
