Disappointed initially

The company reached out to me following this post and sent me a replacement. So far I am pleased with the replacement but they have only been in place for approximately three weeks. Time will tell if this will be another lemon. As for now all is good. Great customer service.
I am very disappointed in this product. The locking screw loosens easily and falls out of the mounting. After several months of finding the screw on the ground and watching my flag slowly slip down the pole I decided it was time to find something else.

I had hoped by purchasing a quality flagpole ring set that my flag furling problem would be solved ...that expectation was a daydream since our house mounted (45 degree angle) flag continues to wrap around the pole. I have had to unfurl it SEVERAL times each day, even with the slightest of wind..I have tried WD-40 to no avail..is there a solution?
They work great, not sure of some reviews regarding the size ...

High quality, work as advertised. Following a tip in an earlier review, I did put some black zip ties on the skinny end of the hook to keep the clip from switching positions and also placed some pb blaster on the threads of the set screws so they remain unfrozen. They work great, not sure of some reviews regarding the size of the set screws, seem reasonably sized to me, and don't interfere with the flag at all.
I'd buy them again, well worth the money, you get what you pay for and these are high quality to me.

Serviceable, not great ... definitely the pictures are misleading as to quality. Caribiners are junk ... no where near as durable as claimed. Overpriced to be sure, would look to competitors and see if something of higher quality is available.

Lowering to two stars as I had my first wrap around in light winds. I lubed them with wd40 and will see how that worls out, but these are not 'premium' by any stretch of the imagination. Spend more and find with ball bearings. Buy once cry once.

Doesn't have ball bearings - wish they did

Really didn't like these. They don't swivel very well because it's just metal rubbing on metal - not the best - and it eventually gets jammed. I threw them out and got some ball bearing ones instead. Amazon sells some brass ones on here with ball bearings for about $10 more and they are worth it!
