Metal, yes. PVC, no.
John•April 11, 2018
This is actually a Robust Deer (R'Deer) GT-Q50A Tube Cutter (5-50CM)
Leaves a ridge on the outside of 1.5" PVC (Sch. 40) which makes sliding the PVC into fittings difficult to impossible.
Worked well on metal electrical conduit: smooth, even cut. Should work equally well for copper but I haven't tested it.
A lot more ergonomic than my other pipe cutter, which doesn't really even have a handle.
My knee-jerk reaction was to give this 2 or 3 stars because I bought it for PVC and it didn't work out because of the ridges, but this will actually be my go-to tool for metal pipe because it's less brutal on the hands.
Also, the manufacturer's packaging doesn't make a claim about PVC cutting so I hate to dock the product because of a seller misrepresenting it.
No extra blade was included.
From listings on other websites, it is listed as a 30mm X 10mm cutting wheel.
If I find a reliable source of replacement blades I will upgrade this review to 5 Stars. But I pass the torch on this for now because I don't have any big metal tube cutting projects right now. Let me know if you find a blade that fits, please.

Is it big enough?

It is a nice cutter yet it won't cut 2 inch abs it's too small. But it did make a nice clean cut on 1/2" copper pipe also a nice clean cut on 1 1/2 inch abs pipe
Great for HVAC work
Kim•March 20, 2018
This is perfect for my job. Doing HVAC, I cut a lot of copper lines. This cutter makes a smooth cut and cuts pretty easy. Even with thicker lines it doesn't dule the blade wheel. Its heavy duty and made pretty solid. I'm happy with this purchase
It looks very good but to use it not very comfortable

It looks very good but to use it not very comfortable. The cutting blade is very sharp and you can cut pipe from 2 inches. The bad thing is a plastic on the handle it is not comfortable, because it looks like easy to ware off or brake. Also I did not like that it does not have release button, that button makes your job done faster instead of rolling the handle part as on this. It does cut the pipe very well and straight.
Solid tube cutter with a wide range
NWMK•December 29, 1969
This is a heavy duty tube cutter. It is made of metal and has some weight to it. It is a good size, fitting comfortably in an adult's hand and you are able to grip it firmly when you are using it. It is versatile in that it can cut a range of different size tubes i.e. 5-50mm range. The circular grinding blade is solid and using it to cut plastic pipes to build a greenhouse for our garden vegetables was a cinch. It works great, much easier and neater than when we were using a hand saw to cut the pipes. Definitely a handy tool to have in your tool kit.
