First impression...it works. Second impression...it's not the same quality that you might expect from a more expensive staple remover from one of the big box office supply stores. Those usually have a rivet to hold the plastic and metal parts together. This staple remover...uses a plastic melt technology instead of metal rivets. Do I care...nope. Used it, and it works just as well as the more expensive ones.
