I've taken this product for almost a week now. I noticed that the dosage in this product was double the dosage of many other popular lung cleanses on Amazon. Despite the fact that it does have Stinging Nettle (which has traditionally been used to treat high BP), I was unsure how it was going to affect my blood pressure based on other reviews, so I began by taking just one capsule before bed time. After the first dose I started to notice a difference. My morning smokers/ allergy cough has nearly subsided, and do feel like my airways have opened up. The few times I do cough, it is productive, which confirms that I do have some fluid in my lungs. I'm no longer hacking my lungs out for the first hour or so after I get up.

After a few days I realized that my blood pressure was still stable (although it could be the BP meds doing their work). Either way, I finally felt comfortable enough trying the full dosage. To further prevent potential BP issues, I now take one before bed, and the second capsule during lunch the next day. I'm still seeing no noticeable changes in BP.

I do smoke a pack a day and lately I can feel the effects in my lungs. I am actively working my way down to half a pack, and I'm aware that I need to quit, which I plan on doing once I get to my goal weight which will be within the next few months. Everytime I quit I gain 10-20lbs, I've already lost 45lbs and I'd hate to undo some of my progress at this time.

That being said, I've taken this product for only a week and I have noticed a big difference. I'll continue taking this product to help keep my lungs and airways clear. If you do have high blood pressure, try taking just one capsule a day instead of two, and see what happens. For me it was still effective at that dosage.

Wow, well right off the bat i love not only this product but the idea of this product. it is one of those ideas that should have come out yrs ago as far as im concered. i have been around smokers all my life-freinds and family-always around a smoking enviroment-and i myself have now been smoking for 10yrs and let me tell you i am very impressed with this product! i bought it on a whim, thinking i might be paying for expensive garbage-but that hasnt been my experiance with it at all. im nearly half way through a single bottle-used as recommended and it really has been working wonders, but i honestly felt it working with my first dose!-its been wonderful for me-a pack of menthols(Marlboro's) lasts me about 48 hrs give or take so about 10 smokes a day on average for the past 10 yrs with the added bonus of having breathing problems when i was younger-and right now i feel like ive regained those yrs or part of them at the very least, im not the best writer but let me tell you i will be and have been trying to reccomend this stuff to every smoker i know if only to make them feel better. now i will say i have used and continue to use other suppliments since before trying White Lung including a probiotic and daily mens health brand and im sure that is part of my personal results but if your a smoker and feeling the toll of even 5 yrs or 30yrs of smokeing try this try this try this. I havent seen or noticed a negative side effect at all-next to feeling better, less headache, more energy and just a general better overall feel of myself is all ive seen with this. it did not really curb my habit but again it has made quite a difference so far- i plan on updating this review after i finish this bottle and ordering another one if only to convince my own family to try it

I'm an ex smoker. I also vaped to quit smoking for about 3 months until I got pneumonia. I've never had pneumonia in my life, so that was the end of vaping. However, whether it was the pneumonia or the vaping, my lungs were never the same after that. This sounds strange, but I noticed one day when I was singing in my car, that I couldn't hold a note near as long as I used to. I have no breathing problems, it's just upon exhalation that I notice I can't maintain breathing out for long. This is hard to explain properly. Anyway, since I started taking White Lung, I have noticed some improvement...not much yet, but enough to where I want to continue to use it to see if there will be further improvement. So this purchase has been worth it to me. I will write another review in a couple of months with an update. Sidenote: these are big capsules and because they're capsules, cannot be halved. I have no trouble swallowing them but some people might. Also, $23 for a one month supply is a great price if they work, not so much if this is the most improvement I'll see.

Hi,l am a c.o.p.d /chronic bronchitis from my youth persons .copd came later from being a heavy smoker since I was 12 😳(I wish I knew then what we know now about smoking and took it to heart , earlier then i did when the drs. Tried warning me but that's water already gone by so..)
1 I have been taking white lung now consecutively now for over a course of 2. 1/2 months probably more need brain supplements next the C.R.S. really sucks😅😂😅. Okay sorry again...A.DD. cuts up too .. (Yup Im a hot mess!! Aurther don't like me is always a pain 😜.. Then I was given a generation gift of fybromyalgia ,,which has made me a human weather forecaster every time the the air pressure goues from lo to high or hot to cold or in between I can give you a pre the weathers gonna get worse sooner than the news 😳ðŸ‘👌..) OKAY.. I have been noticing a change in my breathing which is great im getting better at getting that through your nose out the mouth breath deeper and longer than Ive been able to do in years , it was much shallower and shorter , Ive had to have p.t a few times with this part because Ive been very ill in the past .
And im feeling more energized this past month and I know its not the vitamins or anything Ive been on for years, im a enemic low iron chronic fatigue but I think breathing better and deeper is really doing it because more O2, better blood flow ????ðŸ˜ðŸ‘👀
I accredit my "White lung" I honestly can say that has been my only change Ive been doing different .
Im very pleased with the differance its making Ive shared with others who have lung problems or not .
All I have to say is
1. You have to take this consistantly for a little while to see is there is any differances happening
2, be aware of your body and all it weakness and strengths.
3. Make physical changes like try something like this, and also life changes you only got 1 you ,don't make the same mistakes I did and be stubborn, and think nothing would happen or you deserve to enjoy life the way you want, even if its damaging to your body .
I give this a very high review of approval and I will update in a few months

Excellent product. Excellent ordering process. I placed orde4 and two days later received it. I have a bit of an issue swallowing bigger pills, which is mostly psychological from a bad experience in the past. But I haven't had any issues with these. I wasn't sure what to rate it in terms of "taste" or "thickness" because what I might think you may totally disagree with, or vice versa. I didn't think I noticed a taste, but it does have a bit of an herbal smell, in my opinion. Actually it smells a little like some herbal teas I've had. Thickness is an individual thing. Didn't bother me. But most importantly, it really works and it seemed to benefit me within days of starting. I'm on my second bottle and I can 100% tell a difference. I was a heavy smoker for over 30 years and, by the Grace of God, managed to quit 3 years ago. Any breathing "issues" I may have had as a result of smoking are also more psychological, I think, because I have such bad anxiety issues, in general. But after a few days using this product I definitely noticed a difference. It's worth trying for sure. I hope it helps you!
