These were purchased for geocache containers. They are fine with rite in the rain paper. I suppose you could also carry small pills in them.

I like the fact that these are not huge, so if you have them on a key ring and want to put them in the pocket of your jeans, it'll fit just fine. The interior compartment is roomy, considering the small size of this pill fob, and I've included photos that give a clearer idea of the size. Any of the screw-top pill boxes can slowly un-twist and come loose over time, and I've had that happen with other brands. So to make sure the lid stays screwed on, you can put a small, thin rubber band around the spot where the lid joins the body. The rubber band should create enough friction that the lid doesn't come unscrewed. I buy tiny clear hair ponytail bands in the cosmetic section of a drug or grocery store and use those. They appear to be made of silicone, and become pretty invisible once applied to the pill fob. I am very pleased with this product!
