Great monitor but power supply causes noise on display

I like this monitor & all the cables which came with it, but it turns out that the wall transformer is so noisy that horizontal noise goes up and down the display. Plus, the transformer is only 2 amps at 12 VDC. I replaced it with a higher quality 12 volt @ 5 amp transformer and the noise disappeared. Apparently there is little to no shielding inside their wall transformer and/or the filter capacitors are too small. I don't believe that 2 amps (max) is enough for this size of a display. Also, the mount for the display is not very good and I will end up going to the hardware store and purchasing some screws, nuts, washers, and threaded standoffs.

I have an LG Mini Home Theater/Stereo System that didn't include a monitor but had provisions for one. I use an external DVD Player to Play movies, cd's, mp3's etc. through the inputs on the LG System, but since I added the monitor, I can see the song titles and tracks on the Little Monitor almost across the room, so it is a great accessory to add to the system so I can now see what is queued on the cd's, mp3's and I am also capable of playing DVD movies on this little monitor with BIG sound from the LG's speakers. Instead of trying to read the CD, I can read the song # or Track on the monitor, which is great!! I wish only that the seller of this item includes either right-angle RCA plugs or adaptors as the jacks on the lower extremes of the monitor are almost taller than the little monitor stand in it's fully extended position! Respectfully, though; they included a cable to fit every jack on the bottom of the little Monitor which was nice of them to do! The entire apparatus works just fine for my purposes!

Have nothing really bad to write but the one thing they should have done was use a high cap to return settings you made. One you unplug the monitor even the time gets reset and that shouldn't happen.

Attachment of the stand to the monitor took a little fiddling. Otherwise, connect the A/C and the HDMI cable included in the box and everything is up and running fast. You do have to select the video input feed by repeated click of the AV1/AV2 key.
I don't find any Touch Screen capability to set or manage the device - just the keys on the lower right of the bottom of the front panel.
