Bought this for my mother because she's always complaining about flies coming inside her home, she liked the idea of it when I told her about it but changed her mind when she actually used it. She said it's pretty much the same as a fly swatter. You still have to catch them. My sister has tried some stickers that you put on the window to kill them and she said they work pretty well, so we may try that instead.

I bought this for a joke but it fast became our favorite mosquito and moth killer for our basement work area! I just ordered 2 more for the rest of the house. It works great and is so fulfilling, it's almost too much fun, hearing the zap of unwanted critters being fried.
Doesn't work on flies, only very small insects

Due to the safety mesh around the zapper wires, a fly has to be hit with a lot of force to get zapped. If you like swinging your fly zapper like a tennis racquet, then maybe you'd enjoy this product. Very ineffective. Oh, and despite the safety mesh, my kid got her finger close enough to the wire to get zapped. Not sure why this has good ratings....

It doesn't work! It arrived timely and we put the batteries in and it didn't work. We went out and purchased more batteries and it still doesn't work. We are really disappointed.

I live on a golf course, even they spray something, , still mosquitoes get inside the house, but this racket quickly eliminates them. I love the little Zapping sound when they get fried! Comes with battery. delivery was fast, I'm very satisfied!
