These handle like a champ. Basing on a budget these are the ones to get. I have them on a 3500 sk skar and it handles the wattage. The bass is deep . Plus the cone is thick so I know there gonna last . Custom made box. It they handle power.

Probably one of the best subs I've ever had. I've had many sound systems in my time and this one did the trick. Bought a Ported Q-bomb and made this Sub slap. Been over a year and still working great!

Just installed and they hit hard I can only imagine what they will spind like when broken in ,my only big problem was the holes to screw the sub in could be a bit more in the right spot as it made it a little hard to screw some of the screws in

First off I'm not into SPL or running contest, burping or impressing anyone I'm am strictly a SQ kinda guy. I'm 49 years old and rocked out in the 80s with Orion and Alpine and still listen to hair bands today. I have a 99 Z28 and the hatch space is extremely limited so I had to build my sub box special that contours to the shape of the back hatch to get enough air space and I ended up with around 1.30 Cu Ft^3 per sub .These subs call for 1.25 - 1.50 cu Ft^3 per sub for a sealed enclosure like what I'm running and let me tell you these subs kick hard! I also ended up lining my box with sheets of Poly-fil and then lightly packed loose poly-fil in the box and it really made the punch solid. I have 2-12" 4 ohm dual VC running at 1 ohm on my Orion XTR2500.1DZ and the birth sheet shows the amp puts out 2974 watts at 12.6V which is outstanding. If you watch Big DWiz video on this amp at 14.6 V it's putting out I think around 3700 watts if I remember correctly and that's what i'm running at in my car and these subs soak it up and can take more, I think mainly though because i'm running a sealed enclosure they can take extra. When you listen to punchy songs it feels like someone sitting behind you punching you in the back and even in a sealed box they get really low as well, around 34 HZ you're nose hair will drive you crazy just say'in but it's just not as loud as a ported box would be but a heck of a lot cleaner if you're into quality as I am. I currently have a little cheap 4 channel dual amp running 4 - 6.5" Kicker KS series speakers for mids and highs but I am currently in the process of upgrading to an Orion XTR 500.4 that is sold here on amazon as well. These subs are extremely heavy and comes in around 50 lbs each I think and they ship to you in s solid box that's meant to take abuse if it happens to come across. Buy these subs you won't regret it, I will be buying two more for my jeep build this fall.
