This order came as a wonderful surprise. I felt I was taking a chance on ordering these things in the horrid heat of a southern summer! But they were packed so well, so carefully, with an ice brick and two layers of the foil bags that hold in cold and those in another bag. When it got to us, it was slightly damp and looked quite roughly handled. I didn't hold out much hope, but I was so thrilled. I order my husband a couple 8 ounce bags of another brand every Christmas. They have been lost in shipping twice. They are way over priced, but I know how very much my husband loves them and I thought this would be a pleasant little surprise for his bday. They are of superior taste and I will never order them from anywhere else.

everything great , taste, etc, but when shipped in hot months they arrive as a lump of chocolate cherries, which you have to refrigerate in order of make sense of your pile

What I like about these cherries is the flavor, but what I don't like is I don't seem to be able to eat just one.
