If I Can Tell It Works . . Anyone Should Be Able

I can actually FEEL a difference when I consume this stuff. That's HUGE, because for 99% of all the millions of nutrient tabs, lotions, and potions I have consumed over several decades, I don't feel any different--at all.
This stuff is in the 1% alright: I can distinctly tell the difference in focus, mental stamina, speed, and alertness taking this stuff vs. not.
It looks like some highly synthetic plastic powder, but tastes like mild coffee creamer--go figure. I take it in coffee and it mostly dissolves easily. It doesn't weird or unnatural in the least. Neither does it make my stomach run for the hills like liquid MCTs do, as long as I follow the suggested use instructions.
I used to work for a nutraceutical manufacturer, so I have a sense for how much such things cost to produce. Even so, the relatively high price is completely offset by the performance of this product.

I wasn't sure about this stuff at first. Initially I bought it for convenience when traveling. At first I felt deceived because although there are 30 servings a serving is equivalent to .5 tablespoons of liquid MCT oil, so if you usually do a tablespoon this will only last you 2 weeks. However I will say this powder does mix better with beverages than the liquid. You need to use a milk frother, whisk or blender for best results but that is true of the liquid as well. I have had absolutely no digestive issues with this even on days when I've had 2 servings. It also does not separate when blended with exogenous ketones (or any other beverage). When I use liquid MCT with exogenous ketones (any brand) it separates into a fatty frothy layer on top and thinner watery drink at the bottom...even using a Ninja shake blender. See pics of exogenous ketones blend. Left is using mct powder after having set for 5 min, right is liquid mct after having set 5 min. Even after a couple of hours on my desk at work the mct powder never separates.
I would like to see the price of quality MCT powders come ...

Price on this MCT powder is on the high side which is the only reason I rate it at a 4. But when it comes to flavor, texture,and quality, I give it a 5 star rating. The goal behind supplements is to be able to rely on them to enhance our daily nutrient intake. But as a former fitness trainer, I noticed that many of my clients would pass on quality supplements because the costs were just too high for their budgets. I could preach all day to them that their body is worth the cost, but in the end, the wallets win. I would like to see the price of quality MCT powders come down just so more people can justify implementing them into their daily meal plans without having to consider their bank accounts too much. But this price issue isn't really pointed at this manufacturer directly. Overall, Perfect Keto MCT powder is a quality product that adds a creamy texture, and a nice chocolate taste to my bi-daily shakes. It's good to know that your shake has the MCT's that you need and the flavor that won't turn you off after a week of drinking them. This product is a real treat and a health enhancer. Double whammy!

I've tried several brands of MCT oil powder that have come on the market. As ingredients go, this one is the cleanest, and that is its main benefit. With the limited ingredients though, some of the other practical benefits of MCT oil powder are diminished - I find this one separates in hot liquid into an oil layer that rests on top of the liquid (coffee in my case), while other MCT oils with perhaps less optimal ingredients stay blended better. So it's a trade off. I'm inclined to stay with this one even though I enjoy the creaminess and blend-ability of other brands more (unfortunately it seems the best in that regard are the ones blended with corn fiber, which this one does not do, which health-wise, is for the best). So if you're looking for the absolute cleanest mct oil powder without any negative ingredients, like corn or milk products, this is the one to use. If you aren't as concerned about ingesting a little corn, those brands taste and work better, in hot coffee anyway. In iced coffee, this blends as well as the others (which takes some effort with all of them, but eventually will get there).
