I purchase this case for the Franklin Sensors Inc. model ProSensor 710+ not knowing for sure if it would fit my Precision Sensors Inc. model ProFinder 5000 and 6000 series of stud finders. When the case arrived I was elated to find the fit was perfect and the case accommodated my ProFinder 5000 and 6000 absolutely perfectly. The fit is snug and the sensor does not rattle and roll around in the case. I also love the space in the case for your batteries so you don't have to leave them in the stud finder and risk battery corrosion damage. The quality of this case is great and really protects my stud finders from getting scratched up and broken. The design of this case is very well thought out and its price makes it a great value. I am really happy with this purchase.

Bought this to protect my ProSensor. There are a number of cases out there allegedly for this purpose, but I chose this one because it was the only one I could find that was designed to hold the batteries outside of the unit itself. As this is a tool that I do not use daily, I always take the batteries out when finished using it. Nothing worse than going to use a tool and find that it had been rendered useless by leaking batteries. I initially did not like that this case holds the tool "upside down", but it makes no difference and allows for safe, rattle-free battery storage in the same volume as other cases that do not. Got tired of buying cheap stud finders that don't work very well. Finally got a good one so this case is perfect to protect it. I like the batteries can be stored so when I go to use it I can pop them back in without worry a kid toy took the last pair of AA batteries.
