What I really enjoyed about this product was the number of different ways it can attach to different types of bed frames. They really thought about that. I have a crib with a wire frame base. I was able to combine the straps with the velcro and the product's rails to completely lock it down to the wire frame. It wasn't hard. It never slips off or falls over by accident. I can lean up against it as I sit on the floor, and it doesn't collapse. Seems pretty sturdy. I got it right on the first attempt.

I also like that the rails that are placed under the bed aren't very big. That means the mattress won't rise up where the rails are to form bumps. I've seen lots of other bed rail guard products that do that. This one doesn't. And I think that's the primary reason why I bought this one over all the others.

My toddler actually really liked the Comfy Bumpy bear logo that appears on the front. She likes it so much for some reason. She even refers to it as "Comfy Bumpy", like she's formed an emotional attachment to it. Haha. That was unexpected.

I used it on her crib when I first converted the crib to a toddler bed. I gave her an opening close to where she places her feet. That leaves her the perfect amount of room to get on and off when she wants. She really enjoys the freedom.

I'm a little worried about that mesh, though. She places the tips of her toes right into the mesh and pushes hard. So far so good, but I wonder if it won't be destroyed over time. Still, I prefer that she can see through the mesh. It makes her feel like she's less confined I think.

Video & instructions make it easy to install. I bought this for my son's toddler bed & works great! It even leaves a little space on the side for him to get in out! Very satisfied with this purchase!

Super easy to assemble, perfect on a daybed and it flips does all the way with no problem. For comparison my daughters daybed is the Pottery Barn Ava daybed.

I've used a bunch of rail guards, but this is the best one. It works perfectly with slatted base (unlike most others that only work with a spring box) and exceptionally easy to fold down and return to upright position. Best of all, it has a minimal effect on the ease of changing the sheets. Finally, it looks unobtrusive enough. Thumbs up, five stars!

This bedrail is awesome! My only regret is not getting one sooner. It has really made life easier. We have a king size platform bed and it fits perfectly, even with our super deep pillow top mattress. Its padded enough when my 18mo rolls into it at night he doesn't even wake up. I love that it folds down flat against the bed when not in use. It makes my bedroom look normal instead of like a bedsharing with toddler mess! I also love that it doesn't run the whole length of the bed so I can get up without lowering the bedrail. Highly recommend!
