POOR QUALITY - CHECK ALL OF YOUR PIECES FOR DAMAGE BEFORE ASSEMBLY
PA28-140•March 31, 2018
CHECK ALL OF YOUR PIECES FOR DAMAGE BEFORE ASSEMBLY. Like other reviews I found a damaged piece, the top one in the box is was the panel that holds one of the sliding doors. It was broken and being no damage to the box itself and others complaining about damaged parts, I feel this is an issue with the manufacture and their quality control or lack of. I will return to Amazon and find another product from a different manufacturer. The plastic is very thin and I cannot see how this product would even last a year outside in the summer sun/heat nor the winter.
Missing parts/ wrong parts

Screws were missing and some were the wrong ones
On the fence here -- time will tell whether I made a good purchase...

Assembly took about 20 minutes, pretty straight-forward. Some important hints:
1) One section of the center axle has an "arrow" sticker which is supposed to point the end which mates with the other axle section. Mine had the sticker on the wrong end! Here's the deal: the end with the hole about 1+ inches from the end is intended to mate with the other axle section. The end with the hole about 1/3" from the end is the outside end. Ignore the sticker.
2) A rubber mallet is very useful for assembling the tubs. Assemble the 6-sides, place on bottom end -- don't worry about attaching bottom yet. Place top end on. Use rubber mallet to tap around the circumference to lock in the tabs. Simple. Turn over, and you'll find most of the tabs on the bottom are already locked in. Finish the rest with the mallet. Much easier than trying to push the tabs down to lock them.
I'm a bit concerned about this product not being sturdy enough. Documentation says place no more than 35 lbs in each tub. My experience is that a typical tub load dampened with water is going to be very close / over this limit. I'll update this review in 6 months or so when I know more.
