These replacement stainless steel hoses are thicker and better made than the previous set of stainless hoses I first installed on my (then) new Kenmore top loader 14 years ago. Those old ones carried a 10 year warranty and were made in Mexico. These new ones--and all the other brands I've looked at on Amazon and in the big box stores--only carry a 5 year warranty and are made in China. The connectors on these Kelaro hoses appear sturdier than my older ones, and the new hoses are thicker, too, and use a heavier duty rubber washers for a tight seal. These features, combined with more than *300* 5-star reviews, convinced me that these stainless hoses were the correct choice. If they last as long as my old stainless set did, it's money well spent. Most of the online plumbing forums I visited before buying suggested replacing all stainless steel water hoses used in a household after their product warranty period has expired. My old ones easily lasted 4 years longer than their warranty period, and upon inspection still appear to be in good condition today. I replaced them anyway as simple preventative maintenance when having my Kenmore washer serviced. Next up, my dishwasher's stainless steel water hoses!

Recieved these hoses a day earlier than the expected delivery date...Awesome!! My wife's cat bit into one of the old hoses puncturing it, so I needed something sturdy to withstand a cat bite. The stainless steel braiding will work for that. I took off my old hoses for the washing machine and installed these. Instructions were pretty straight forward. After installation, I didn't notice any leaks at the connection points when turning the water source back on and running an express wash cycle. We will see how they hold up overtime against the cat and normal wear and tear. I'll keep this review updated if anything changes.

Great, high quality hoses. They work perfectly with my Kenmore HE front load washer. Don't forget to get water hammer arresters if you have a pressure regulator valve on your water main that creates a closed system. High Efficiency washers cause a lot of water hammer by constantly opening and closing the hot/cold water about a dozen times during one cycle. These hoses, paired with Sioux Chief AA MiniResters, work perfectly!

Love the length. Even so I will rearrange the laundry machines to make the backs directly accessible without having to wrangle the machines. Silly when I have an open basement. Great hoses, too.

I'll be using permanent marker to fill in the indents H and C on the back of the washing machine as well. To make it easier on me for future intake filter cleanings.
I also purchased fine mesh screens for the faucet end to stop some of the crud in our ancient pipes from making it to the machine.

I used these at our local dog park at the washing station that they have there. Rubber hoses just never lasted. always breaking and cracking at the spigot. I put a male to female plastic fitting at the outlet end to act as a nozzle. I also Gorilla glued everything so no one could walk off with them. They look and work great!
