These pouches are a real bargain for the money. They appear to Very durable and have a lot of space inside. As a matter fact, they seem more spacious than I had realized. Definitely recommend this purchase.
Welcome to the portable pocket

Short review, you see the price, you get what you pay for, this time in a decent way. These feel like most typical polyester accessories in this price range. Not bad, not great, but they're cheap pockets that will more than pay for themselves in utility.
I bought these to finish building out an inconspicuous range bag. No need to tote around a big black tactical bag covered in molle webbing and random Velcro attachments for an hour range visit. There's enough space in each of these 8" x 4" pouches for a tight 7 boxes of Magtech 9MM or 4 MTM cases. I'm using one for boxed ammo and the other to make sure my eye and ear pro don't get lost in the fray

Great for what I needed

I recently bought a new MOLLE "backpack" to use as a purse. It's wonderful, I love it, but there wasn't really a way for me to carry my glucometer in it and still have room for other stuff. This, of course, is not the purse's fault. I replaced my glucometer pouch with a hard case that took up a lot more room. Anyway, this pouch is big enough to fit my glucometer case and a couple small things besides (like a pill case and some stevia for when I eat out) and strapped easily onto the side of my purse. It does a great job being exactly what I needed and it came with a spare in case I ever need another one. Win-win.
Excellent value for a compact IFAK/BOK pouch.

These are smaller (about 4"x6"x2") than most IFAK pouches, most IFAK pouches are in the 5"x7"x2" to 6"x8"x3" range. But it's amazing how much stuff you can get in one of these. I loaded one up with the following:
2 pr exam gloves.
1 pr 6 1/4" NAR EMT shears.
1 CAT Gen 7 tourniquet.
1 Sharpie marker.
1 4" Israeli bandage (T3 w/gauze pack).
1 Small Quick Clot gauze pack (3"x24")
1 NPA tube w/lube.
2 HyFin compact chest seals.
1 Mylar emergency blanket.
And the pack stays mostly square with this load. Only minimal bulging on the sides and front. I could probably get a little more stuff in them. This pouch is compact enough that four will fit on the side MOLLE webbing of a Maxpedition Falcon 2 backpack. Four more will easily fit in the main compartment. I'm setting the Falcon 2 up as an active shooter/mass casualty pack, and with these pouches, I can get 8 IFAKs in/on the pack using just the main compartment and the side MOLLE webbing. I bought another six of these pouches do do that.
There's not much internal compartmentalization, but the pouch doesn't open full clamshell, so it's not that big a deal. Nothing's going to fall out if you don't completely invert the pack, and most of the items in an IFAK are "tall" enough that you can reach them without digging down to the bottom of the pouch.
Bottom line: decent quality, just large enough for my needs, great price. What's not to like?

I bought a hiking bag that holds a canteen and it is great, it has Molly webbing and so I bought these as a pair to add on to it, it works perfectly. Excellent, one is medical and one is fire starter just in case.
