I filled out the information card that fits behind protective plastic in each of the tags. Plenty of room to put our first names, my City, cell #'s and eM's. (I believe putting the street address may not be a good idea, in case the "wrong" person finds your luggage and realizes you are on vacation, and the house may be empty).

The plastic is hard. It is great just to use as an identification and tracking. It you are looking for cosmetic or fashion, then this may not be what you want. However, this is excellent for my purpose. I use this mainly for luggage and backpacks during travels.
