Center of Pan Floppy When Warm/Hot

I purchased this mini muffin pan for cheesecake bites. The molds are perfect for these. While not as floppy as other brands, the center of the muffin pan sags when removing it from a hot oven. I still need to use a baking sheet under it for support. Baked-on food does not easily rinse off as with other silicon products; you need to do some scrubbing with a dish towel.

These are the sturdiest easiest to clean muffin pans. You will never have to grease a muffin pan again or use a muffin paper. They pop right out of the pan each and every time. They are baked evenly. If you want to use a cute muffin paper afterwards you still can. I have purchased these for my daughters as well, and I give them my highest recommendation.
