These work wonders. I have a more expensive crisping mat, but wanted a couple more for when I was making more than one thing that could use it. These are just as good as the more expensive mat. Easy to clean, sturdy but flexible, and help crisp things up in the oven.
For our smoker, these let me smoke both sides of the salmon for smokier meat

Which is why I bought them. They were a bit larger than I needed but cut easily with scissors. Since they are PTFE (AKA: Teflon), they also clean up easily with a water spray and a brush of a scrubby sponge. I can slice the skin off the salmon and have even smokier than normal smoked salmon as the smoke can now hit the meat on both sides. Highly recommended!
