Do not use a regular caulk gun. Buy an $18 gun from H-Depot. Don't know why, except that H-D's gun has a rigid, cast frame and a longer trigger. Believe me, I'm speaking from today's experience. And, the product recommends dispensing the product until it is uniform in color. I did, and after dispensing maybe 2 ounces, w/ no color change, I used the product on the job. Later inspection of the first dispensing showed that it had hardened as it should. I would like that the product would have a longer 'open' time. Fifteen minutes max for this mix.
