Works great, takes some time as the window is small. Using it for my bikini and underarm area. I have very dark thick hair. Usually my bikini and underarm hair starts growing back by the end of the day if i shave in the morning. Have done 6 treatments on both, first treatment on level 3. Treatments after on leve 5. My bikini area pretty much stopped growing back with the exception of a few small patches. My underarm area still grows back but significantly less. I go over each area 2-3 times each treatment once per week.

I'd say it feels similar to professional laser removal except milder, even on the highest setting. I wanted to see quick results so I've been working on legs, arms, and bikini area on highest setting. It's tedious and takes a long time. Also I've been going over same spot multiple times if hair grows thicker there. Will update in a few months for results.
TIP : Blowing cold air with hair dryer helps a lot with the pain.

So I ordered this item yesterday based on reviews, price, and some YouTube reviews. I received it this morning and just tested it out. I have had professional laser treatments done before and I have to say this feels pretty close to what my treatments felt like at the salon. I treated my bikini area and my underarms. I will update in about a month or so with results.
Machine crashes and customer service sucks

I purchased this machine but with 3 interchangable heads. It worked well, it definetly didn't stop hair growth and I used it for multiple months but it slowed down the hair growth. The reason why I gave this product 1 star is because I bought this machine in december, it has been about 6 months and it no longer works. Every time I try to turn the machine on it crashes. I emailed the sales team at the company asking if I could get a refund or anything at all, and I never got a response. It's and decent product, but definitely not permanent. You can get permanent laser hair removal for a very reasonable price off groupon. Would not recommend this product.
