This worked beautifully in my mini horses mane. Unfortunately, two of the colors broke off wasting them. Also didn't feel like it went as far as I thought it should. I used them all up just on his mane and had none left for his tail. Still the colors were fabulous, it was easy to put on (outside of the two breaking) and it lasted well. I'll buy again.

Did not show up in daughter's medium brown hair, so we were a little disappointed. But it showed up very well in her brother's (a dark blond). That was probably to be expected. It was also more difficult to apply on her much longer strands. Easiest around the first few inches from scalp.

My 4 yr old absolutely loved that she was able to have colorful hair. It's easy to apply even though it gets a little sticky but we just brushed threw it after we were finished applying the hair chalk. It lasted all day and came off pretty good after washing her hair. The only thing I had a hard time with was the darker blonde in her hair as I had to apply alot more. It's a great way to add fun colors to your hair without damaging it and paying lots of money.

Only reason for the 4 stars is because it's not the easiest to clean. It does what it's suppose to do and goes on very well but tried it on a male with short hair and he had to scrub hard for it to come off his scalp. Other than that very fun idea and worked well.
