I love this stuff! I have very sensitive skin when it comes to shaving my face and the painful aftermath. I have tried what seems like everything on the market to keep my neck from having terrible razor burn and bumps after shaving. No matter what kind of razor, shaving cream, or aftershave I have used, nothing has soothed my razor burn like this American Balm. This balm hasn't completely solved my problem but it sure as hell is 100 percent better than it used to be. It doesn't take much to cover your face and neck, which I'm thankful for because it is rather expensive for the small jar you receive. The balm is creamy and goes on smooth like butter without leaving a greasy or sticky feeling. The scent is mild and wouldn't keep you from using your favorite cologne. Overall I would highly recommend this all American After-Shave Balm.

It's not bad. I wish I would have read the ingredients before I bought it. It contains alcohol. Not a fan of alcohol based products as they are not for sensitive skin such as mine. Product does what it's supposed to do, but smells more like a faint lemon pledge than sandalwood to me.

Scent is everything, after all, the real reason we men buy any type of scented grooming item is to attract women. Period. That being said, this was a blind buy for me, so I took the container to work for the ladies to smell. They all liked it. They like it, so I like it. One woman said "The scent just makes me want to hang around and smell the man's neck all day." When I used it, I also used it as a hand lotion. Scent longevity is important to me, and this one had good lasting power. I think the company needs to expand on this by creating additional products with this formula. I'd really like to try their other balm as well.

This is my first time using this after shave balm and it is awesome! Trust me, I have tried many different different balms and this is by far the best! Not only does it leave your skin feeling smooth all day but smells great, not overbearing even at first. It does loose a little of the fragrance as the day goes on but I myself can still smell it and that is as good if not better than all my other.
This will definitely be my regular balm from now on! Also I can tell this one container will last a while because just a few dabs cover your whole face and neck! Great product!
