Pretty sturdy metal for the faceshield. Eye glasses have good foam around them for fitting. If you are an adult and have a longer (broken) nose, don't try shoving your face in the metal facemask. Someone knows from experience that it isn't comfortable. And an adult may have difficulty with the refract on the lense of the goggles. It may be ok on a child or a pre-teen, I'd buy something wider/deeper for teenager and up.
Why buy expensive when you got a cheaper route and the reliability with it.

Facemask: Got this combo and it's great. I tested a few shots from about 15 yards and it was able to take the hits and make minor dents.
Goggles: I shot 15 shots and it just deflected the bb's. I didn't see any dents at all. Very comfortable and hasn't fog up on me yet.
I trust it using this during a match. I bought a second pair for my son. Don't buy the expensive stuff out there that probably has the same quality as these sold by OUTGEEK. Shipping was fast. I think I received it two days early! I used to wear a JT paintball facemask but this is better. I can look through my red dot a whole lot better. I still had to put a high riser for more comfort. My son had no problem aiming down sight. I'll be buying two more for back-up.

Not bad for starting out

Not bad for starting out, as I did, but honestly, I would advise putting in a few more dollars and getting something nicer. The metal mesh mask is good, but most of the tension was held by my nose, and the plastic clips needed to be sanded down because they had plastic bits sticking off that poked me when trying on the mask. Other than that, mask kept my face safe, despite it's mild uncomfortable-ness.
As for the googles. I actually had my lens pop out on me during a match. I was not expecting that one. Luckily I was behind cover laying down. I mean, yes, I was sticking a finger under the googles to clear away the fog during a lull in the combat, but that is never a good thing when you can get shot at any time. Other than that, googles are very comfortable, but I would advise using some super glue or something first to make sure they stay in.

Bought this for my brother (pictured on the right) Giving this a 3 star rating because the eye protection was horrible. Fogged up almost immediately after putting it on. During the first match he had to be sent back to rent an eye mask from the facility because he had no visibility. The face mask worked for him, was a little tight from the nose but after moving and bending it he contoured it to his face. I felt we could of just spent a bit more money for better quality. Other than that he got many compliments for the skull design on the mask. (The mask on the left was purchased from another seller).
Doesn't fit well.

There is not a lot of foam padding on the glasses and in order to see well, the plastic digs into my nose. also, it fogs up pretty easily. definitely would not recommend.
