The color is beautiful. Very dark blue, think darker than navy. In a room most would think it's black, however in the light it's a deep rich dark dark blue. Very elegant. Easy to assemble. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the tiny rollers that allow you to open and close the doors easily - mine do not move. So when I pull the knob to open the doors it's super super tight and almost impossible to open. Other than that it's really a great piece.

Others have already talked about how great this cabinet is - and it is! Elegant, sturdy, and easy to assemble, but I am most impressed with the customer service from Martin Svennson Home.
The base to my cabinet arrived cracked and at first I wasn't sure what to do. I was going to reach out to Amazon, but then I saw an 800 number on the front of the assembly instructions so I figured I'd give it a try. After two rings, a real person answered! Imagine my shock!
I spoke with Jocelynn and explained my situation. We then moved to email and I sent her a photo of the damaged piece. Within hours she had responded that she had coordinated to get a new piece shipped directly to me as soon as possible. She emailed over the next several days to keep me updated and to send tracking information. The new base arrived and was exactly the right part in perfect condition.
Love my new cabinet and super impressed with the company customer service (& Jocelynn!) for quickly making it right.

The cabinet came with only one nick. The dark blue looks black most of the day. Only strong light shows it is really blue. Be sure to assemble with help. You can nick it as you lift it alone. Mark my words, find a friend.

I like the way this cabinet looks. It is a very dark blue but when the sun hits it it looks lighter. Very nice cabinet. I almost put the whole thing together myself but could not lift it. Very easy to assemble. Very happy with product.

Got this product in and I had it been together within 2 hours by myself it all went pretty smooth a couple little hiccups with a couple of the mechanics the clip the sides in. There's some solid wood in this but it's mostly thin engineered kind of wood but it looks really great fit together the glass and Ice Edition it just looks really nice when it's all together however a piece of the side of the top was broken but a 6-inch piece broken off completely can't really tell but I called customer service and they were super cool about it and gave me a partial refund so I'm happy about that there's a couple other small Little Nick's on it but overall in really good condition and I'll just glue back the piece that's that's broken and considering the discount they gave me on the partial refund I'm very happy with it
