This package includes multiple levels of resistance for strengthening the tensioners and flexors of the hand. In that regard, it is excellent. Unfortunately, the supplier assumes that all recipients understand the physiology that the devices intend to address. I certainly didn't, but now I do. A simple reference URL would help immensely,
Grip Strength Training made easy

These aren't the best made product but they do totally work and are a good size to be portable. I'm always working on my grip strength and these are nice as they came with three of each and I could put them in various locations. I drive about an hour each way to work and so it is nice to have them in my car to do a few reps while driving. I also keep a set of the harder ones at my desk at work.
I have found that they are also a little like stress balls in that if I use it at work I tend to relax a little after using them.

Missing pieces, but second set is good quality

The first product I got was missing two pieces... But I was able to return and reorder rather quickly. Seems like good quality. Able to fit my fingers into stretchy holes very easily. No instructions were included so I had to test out the Rings to decide which level was the lowest strength to start working on my hand strength. I am using these for a supplement to physical therapy due to an injury and I think they will work quite well. But if I was using them on my own I think the lack of instruction would be frustrating.

Pretty cheap quality. The fingertip holes are kind of wonky. There are better designs out there for physical therapy type movements and hand strengthening. I should have returned but waited too long. If i had an infant the donuts would become a baby toy 🤷ðŸ»"â'€ï¸.
