Call customer service first if you need APN code

I'm very happy with this watch it very nice looking and light weight. I had a problem with my cell phone carrier giving me a apn code. Some times the watch needs apn code to completely sync up. After 45min of shear frustration she still didn't help. I emailed the tycho team and the response was immediate had the problem fixed in 2 minuets. I recommend this watch and if you have any questions just email Johnny at customer service five stars to their customer service as well.

This is a great watch for a kid. They won't lose it as easily as they would a cell phone and it's easy for a parent to track them. It holds 2 emergency numbers plus 3 more so they can't be calling the whole neighborhood.

I've waited a little while to do this review because I wanted to make sure everything was ok with these watches. I ordered two of them for my kids. The initial order arrived much faster then the delivery estimate said it would. Took the watches out and charged them and set them up with a speedtalk SIM card which works well. So cons first ....
- My first order, one of the watches quit working completely after a week. Just flat out wouldn't charge. Contacted customer service and they issued a refund so I could immediately purchase a replacement.
- The tracking app, Aibiele, is a bit of a pain to use. You can set up accounts for each watch individually using the ID number for the watch, but you can not set up an account by yourself with two watches linked to it, only customer service can do that.
Now the pros -
- The watches have a LOT of features. My kids absolutely love the cameras. I absolutely love the voice chat function, the alarm clocks and the fact that I can monitor them.
- The GPS is surprisingly accurate. It's never been off more then a dozen feet or so.
- Customer service is top notch. I emailed them about the watch that quit working, not really expecting a reply for a while, but to my surprise I had an email answer within an hour. They handled the replacement and then they set up an account with a username of my choice and added both the watches ID numbers to it so I could track both watches from the same account. They were a bit pushy about me leaving feedback which was frustrating because I've been extremely busy lately, but considering how quickly they handled my issues I can forgive that.
- battery life is pretty good. I'd say the watches last about 48 hours with constant tracking and occasional phone calls to each other or myself.
- I recommend a screen protector for the watches. I got the apple watch screen protector 42 mm and they cover nicely and offer a decent amount of protection against scratches and cracks.
All in all, very happy with this purchase and would buy again.

The shipping was very fast, i got this watch for my 11-year-old son. I don't wanna give him a cellphone because it might negatively affect his study.

They even follow up on my watch use several days later!! That is spectacular service! There are many sellers selling smart gps watches on Amazon,

I got this watch to keep track of my 85 year old father. It tracks his location accurately. It is easy to use. He doesn't leave it at home or forget to charge it, like he does with his cell phone. The app tracks his battery life so I can tell him to charge it. All important family numbers are programmed into it. If he is in trouble he can push the power button and it will start to call his programmed emergency numbers until someone answers. It has a camera. The speaker is loud so he can hear it. I can program and monitor all the features of the watch/phone with the app on my phone.
This is so much better and cheaper than a medical alert device with a $40.00 a month fee that only has one function. I only pay $10.00 a month for the watch/phone service on T-mobile.
Be careful you have the right size sim card. I put one in and it was too small and I couldn't get it back out. I just took it to T-mobile and they got it out and put the right size in.
The Tycho store has gone way out of their way to make sure I am satisfied with the purchase. They have communicated with me over e-mail and telephone. They also sent me a link to a you tube video that demonstrated how to set up the watch. It was super easy to set up!
I would definitely recommend this product and this seller! They said they would continue to help me in the future if I had any problems or questions.
