It’s...really hard and hurt my body

I know, it's my fault. I purposely researched very sturdy and hard foam rollers, so that it doesn't just smush and flatten down when you lay on it, but this one is just really really hard. But that's not a knock on it. That's what it's supposed to be.
We use it sparingly for stretching our lower back and to relieve tension in the spine, and it's done an above-average job of that. We knocked off a star because the quality is just a wee bit lacking. After a couple of uses, the foam is already showing signs of wear on the edges and on the seams (does foam have seams?) you know, the lines.
Otherwise, we agree it was worth the very affordable price point. I would definitely 100% advise you to opt for the longest model though because the short one is very short.

Game Changer; The foam roller promotes physical wellness, longevity, and is fun to use. I especially recommend this for anyone who doesn't get massages, acupuncture, or other forms of body work - you need something. I've purchased about 5 of these things for friends and family already. There are worlds to explore once you get into it - all for a good cause. Great tool for loosing muscle and tissue and for getting those cracks. It's really a nice thing to have around the house. I also use this in workouts doing things like neck-ups (think sit-ups with your neck)... I use the largest size but all 3 are good choices, I think the density of the foam is right on point though that's really a matter of opinion.
I've waited about a year to write this review, my product has withstood many hours use with no sign of wear or tear. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FitPlus ...Foam Roller series ;)

This is a great foam roller for someone who has been rolling for awhile. If you're new to foam rolling, I would definitely recommend getting a softer roller, as this one is VERY dense. It is exactly what I was looking for, but isn't for everyone.

Having used a foam roller at home and at the gym for 2 years, I can't live without one. I tore my erectors 3 years ago and have to roll my back and due some loosening up exercises every morning. Anyway, my first one was very soft, and was good for a beginner user like myself. After over a year, it became too soft for me and wanted a firmer one like the ones at my gym. I ordered this foam roller in 6X18" size. It felt great but was too short. I returned it and ordered the 6X36". It is hard as a rock. I'm hoping that it will soften up over time but it's firmer than the 6X18" one I received before and the ones at my gym. I would recommend this one only for people who have very thick muscles or are overweight. If you are thin, you will feel this one on your bones.
