Almost Great - Requires Drilling New Holes

Overall this is a quality product made from tough hard plastic and all the screws line up. The only thing I found annoying was that they did not design this in such a way that you could use the 4 original holes with inserted plastic anchors on brick from the Ring Doorbell standard mounting. This uses two screws + anchors along the centerline of the mounting plate top & bottom. The original Ring screws + anchors are on the 4 corners of the Ring rectangular mounting plate. I avoided drilling another hole in the brick by re-using a hole + anchor from the original plain old button doorbell and mounting this new angle plate down a bit to make use of that hole. It seems they could have easily machined in 4 holes in the corners of this mounting plate.
Other than that, this works really nicely - you do have to test out the adjustable angle at night to make sure you aren't getting too close to a wall or door jamb which causes the IR LEDs to overglare on that wall.
