Works like a charm. Just installed a LAVA HD8008 and split into two TVs. The splitter in the switch box is outside the building so not easy to get power for the amplifier that comes with it.
Solution: get this extra one and put one amplifier to each TV, just before the coax cable goes into them.
Picked this one because of 1) price 2) 25 dB gain where others are 20dB 3) USB powered - just plug into one of the TV USB ports.

Excellent product. It's small, so it doesn't take up much space. It was very easy to set up and connect. It also has a magnetic base that, for me, provides a bit more flexibility for placement. I live at the very edge of the broadcast viewing area and this antenna gets better reception and picks up several more channels that the flat-style antennas--even the boosted ones--and it's not nearly as fussy as the older, DTV rabbit-ear antennas. Also, wind and clouds can greatly affect reception; the Chaowei seems to handle this better than the bar, flat, and rabbit-ear antennas.

I'd like to give no stars because it didn't work. Plugged in we got no local channels unplugged we got few . So we bought a different device and it works. Don't waste your money on this device

This made my tv signal worse! Before I installed it I got 13 channels, after installed I got 1 station. So I don't recommend this purchase!!!
