There are no instructions included with this. I have extremely thin, fine blonde hair and I just shoved it up under a gathered ponytail and put the tie in. I works ok, I used it a few times. It's not a huge difference... I actually think it would do more for thicker hair. Just help any droopyness but not much else. I've already lost it

I bought one of these and LOVED it. Everything in the box was the same as the picture right down to the ponytail holder. I then bought one for my friend because I loved it so much. THEN I lost mine so I reordered another for me. The second one I received had a ponytail holder that barely qualified as a ponytail holder. It was so thin and couldn't possibly support any pony; even my thin dinky hair was too heavy for this pathetic band. To the manufacture: If you want to charge nearly $10 for a .10 cent piece of plastic, don't cheap out and run to the dollar store for ponytail holders. Just man up and get the good ones and include them. Two would even be a bonus.
One last request while I'm at it, I am brunette and though I don't 'think' the white-ish rubber plastic shows thru my hair, I would feel better if it was brown AND I would like to try it with a slightly less rubbery texture. The texture of this grabs on a pulls at my hair and Lord knows I can't afford to lose any hair.

This is the only thing I have found that actually works for bumping up my pony tail. There is no learning curve with this, it was perfect the first time I tried it.
