Very sturdy, will buy a third set

These are definitely high-quality bags. I have used others (non-silicone) in the past and they just don't stand up to repeated use. These, on the other hand, are so sturdy that I don't even think about treating them delicately. I use them as a sandwich bag replacement, but I also bought a set of them for a friend who loves to sous vide. My only complaint is that, though they do wash in the dishwasher, drying them is a challenge because the bags' three dimensional folding creates creases that don't easily stay open to dry. It's a problem that only requires a little patience, so I still definitely recommend this product.

I have several brands of silicone bags but these have some huge advantages! 1. Pleated bottom, so they will stand up and actually hold some stuff that is not flat. 2. Guaranteed seal, with the slider top I am certain nothing will leak out. 3. Has measures embossed on bag.

Our dog has health problems, so we have to make her food ourselves every 7-10 days. I went through a ridiculous amount of plastic sandwich bags and got tired of buying them just to throw them away, and I also felt terrible creating so much more plastic waste. We bought these and they are perfect! They are freezer safe, so they keep her food fresh while frozen and when thawed. They're easy to close, stay well sealed, and don't emit any odor (she eats a diet of tilapia and potatoes--she's a little princess). They are dishwasher friendly as well, but we usually wash by hand. I highly, highly recommend.
Not going back to Ziplock after buying these amazing food bags!!!

I have to start off by saying that the slider bars are NOT difficult to open. Jars can also be hard to open the first time"¦ Don't open by grabbing the tab that has the tiny hole, grab the bag itself under the bar and open it that way. I'm so happy I bought these, I tried other brands before and the Modern Kitchen ones were the best by far. It's the perfect snack bag, I carry dry and liquid content in them while they're in my backpack and they've never leaked. A sandwich fits perfectly in it too. They don't get stained with food, come out of the dishwasher looking brand new. Thick, durable, eco-friendly; I'm throwing away much less ziploc bags. I strongly recommend them and will be buying more.

Great bags! I just got them and find myself using them constantly. I ordered similar bags from another seller (who had larger bags), but I've had nothing but problems with them. Not only are they insulating to the food, but they should pay for themselves (over using plastic bags) in a while. Will be buying more!
