Nice For Running Cables In Automobiles

I've needed one of these for awhile. I used to use one in my job for feeding wires and cables for car stereo installations. They are good for getting wires between the lower dash and the radio area or across the center console. I only wish the spring were a bit stronger because it has a tendency to let things slip out of the claws too easily. If you're pulling a thin single wire, tie a small half-knot into the end first and this will grip it better.

Probably not the most durable version you can find but it works. I haven't had any problems with the tip falling off and was able to get a socket off the bottom of the wife's radiator I had dropped awhile back.
Essential tool for reaching without contortionist skills.

I purchased this on Aug 20, it finally arrived today, Sep 15. I opened the package, uncoiled it, and pressed the button on the end to work the claw. The claw immediately shot out across the room, and now this goes right into the trash. I would highly recommend buying elsewhere.
