Edit: I said I would come back once I used this. I'm back to say Aurifil solved the lint problem in my sewing machine. I no longer have to constantly clean lint from my bobbin case. Changing to this thread made all the difference in the world. It costs more but in my opinion totally worth it.

My first review:
I purchased Aurifil thread because I was having a lint problem with the cheap thread I was buying from Wal-Mart. It was causing my sewing machine problems. I commented about it on a YouTube help video and a lady told me she once had the same problem. She stopped buying the $1.00 thread at Wal-Mart and changed to Aurifil and her problem was solved. I haven't used it yet because I just got it. I'm hoping the lint around my bobbin will be less or none at all once I start using the Aurifil.
I took pictures so that you can see the size. I was expecting a much larger spool of thread by the looks of the picture provided on Amazon. It doesn't really matter though about the size. It's the amount of thread on the spool. Right?
I'll come back and update after I use this thread for a while and let you know if I'm seeing less lint and if my sewing machine stops clogging up and causing it to stop sewing.

I am a quilter & use this thread exclusively for sewing everything from piecing to binding.

I love using Aurifil thread for both piecing and quilting. I buy most of my quilting supplies at my local shop because I want to keep them in business. However, finding this particular thread color would have required me to shop around, something I dislike doing. I was thrilled to locate the exact thread color at an affordable price and have it delivered to me in a timely manner.

Always use this thread for machine quilting. The quality is wonderful
