I wanted to try slicing a ham myself for friends and family. The ham arrived very quick, great packaging, sealed in a vacuum pack. It is easy to slice since it is semi-boneless with almost no fat in it.

Tiene una grasa infiltrada que le da una profundidad de sabor excelente,curación perfecta y salazón correcta.

P.D: Aconsejo abrir el jamón y dejarlo un par de dÃas para que recupere el sabor y la textura después de haberse envasado al vacÃo.

This ham is exactly as pictured which is fantastic. It was a big hit for 2 get-together's that I had and I love that you can carve as needed. It keeps really well and would last a while if it didn't get eaten so often! I highly recommend this and look forward to buying a new ham for the stand. The stand is as pictured and DVD was helpful. Knife was good for a starter, but I actually bought a better knife, but its good that its included in the package.

Had this at 3 different parties and it was a hit. Hard to learn to slice but over all delicious and fun. I bought a meat slicer for the final pieces and sliced up a bunch more that way.
