This controller maintains the engine on my home Bobcat S70 in a ready state without running all the time. Don't even need the glow plugs, starts right up. I bought this in the fall of 2021. This winter it stopped working. I called customer service and they took care of me. I had to pay for shipping but they fixed the damaged board and upgraded the gasket. This was to prevent water getting inside the unit again. Completely satisfied, great company, and has saved me money. My 1997 F350 7.3 diesel is always ready to go!

I recently began using this timer to heat the engine block of my diesel pick up. The temperature has been down in the 20's F. After programming the to my desired start time . 0530. I also programed the maintenance interval for 4 hours. My truck has been starting in the morning like it is 80 degrees outside. The battery backup prevents the need to reprogram if the power goes out, or it gets unplugged. 3 hr stand-by battery I believe. The best thing is that it is not using power continuously.

This is the second winter of using this product. I have it on my JD tractor and it keeps it nice and warm on cold nights. The only Issue I have with it is that the controls do not allow you to set the timer for a longer period of time - like from 8pm to 9am the next morning. So I have to set it so the heater comes on later in the evening to last until the sun comes up the next day.
