This thing works really well! I wish I had found it sooner. It really makes a big difference in appearance, especially since I rarely iron my shirts. It also stays in place through the day without having to adjust it. Definitely worth the money.

Dress shirts looked fine with ties. With slick collar they look good casual. Holds shirt collar up nicely.
