I purchased this chair as a mother's day present to my wife since she has issues with her lower back. The technology is easy to use, and fairly straight forward on changing the settings to what you desire (soft or more hard intensity) the built in Bluetooth speakers was a great addition. The footroller and airbags feel good.
It does say in the instructions the first couple of times you use it, your back will be sore, and that was true. I am 5 foot 10, so it fits me right. It also does a good job at relaxing you right before bed. Highly recommend this product.

The chair works well and is made with quality. My only issue is that the neck rollers don't go low enough and the back rollers don't go high enough to get my upper traps. I have to slouch down in the chair, about a foot, to get the right spot. The neck roller on the strongest setting, is still not deep.
