I don't usually leave reviews unless I have a very bad experience with the product or an amazing one. This one happens to be the latter. I ordered this product a little more than a year ago and it worked amazing on my skin until a couple of months back when it stopped working on me. I waited a couple of weeks until I finally decided to reach out to the seller but they immediately got back to me and sent me a brand new replacement only in a matter of weeks! I now regret not reaching out sooner and depriving my skin. Love this product, I use it twice a month, takes all the gunk out of my face, leaving it feeling soft. I also gives me that 'cupping' massage, that I feel like helps my skin too but giving it a soft glow. Seriously, highly recommended!

I purchased this about 11 months ago and wanted to see if it really worked before reviewing it. I bought it because I have a lot of acne scarring on my face, and wanted to see if it would improve any. Well, the scars are not gone, but I really do like this machine and the results I obtained. My skin is looking less drab (my boyfriend says it looks cleaner), and I think the scarring actually stands out less. I think the daily suctioning actually gets enough stuff out (I can usually see it) that the "lumpiness" of my skin has subsided, where I thought the abrading would work on that. I use a vitamin c serum now (I did become more and more interested in improving my skin after seeing its results) and I even received such a great compliment on my skin from my daughter (who didn't know that I was using it) that I bought her one. There are a couple of things I don't love about it: mostly that I've found it can be hit or miss with the replacement heads. Twice I received really good (abrasive) heads, and one time I received such a dull version that I went back to the used heads which were a lot more abrasive (even though I'd used them for more than 2 months). Also, the suction does not seem to be what it was at the beginning, but again, I have used this nearly every day for the last 11 months. If I am still using it, it must be doing something because I am one of those people who buys, then loses interest in a month or two.

I have found the holy grail for my pores! I have a lot of sebum build up in my chin and nose. I thought I would give this a try. I read the reviews and was skeptical. I love it! I use it after I take a shower at night. I don't have a steamer so the shower helps open up my pores. It comes with two size heads, I use the smaller one. It is disgusting and amazing how much gunk it gets out! My skin is showing so much improvement after a month and even my frown lines look plump. I get hormonal acne too and this sucks it right up. It's easy to clean, easy to use. It also sucks up my dry skin. Just amazing. I will caution you, the larger suction head did leave a mark so I just stick to the smaller one and haven't had any issues. My pores are looking so much better, my skin looks like I have had professional treatment. I didn't realize it would help with my frown lines but it has! I then apply my nighttime products after and just look glowy. I recommend.

I was skeptical about ordering this product because others have had limited success with similar products. It's worth my money, and it's not a toy. Its suction is strong, so leaving it in one place too long will leave a bruise. You don't want that on your face. The good news is there are different modes for pressure, so start low until you figure out how to glide it along your face. The pressure on the slow level may be all you need. I use it when my pores are opened after a hot shower.

So I was a little skeptical about this product's claims. I received it yesterday and tried it out and was amazed. I could tell a difference right away. I started with the diamond head and then switched to the pore cleaner and increased the suction. It really cleaned out my pores! The instructions are not the easiest to understand, probably because this is the first time I have ever used a product like this and am not familiar with it, but it was easy to use once I got the hang of it. I did not get any busing or have any bad reactions to the product. Other than my face feeling really clean and soft, I did not notice any huge difference until this morning, my face looks clearer, and the better than it has in a long time. I have been struggling lately with breakouts and other skin problems. It has gotten so bad that I don't even want to leave the house. It is like I am going through a second puberty! I am on hormone replacement therapy but it is not helping my skin at all. I bought this in hopes that it will help to control the breakouts. I noticed a huge difference in just one use! Some of the dark spots from previous breakouts are lighter, not gone, but noticeably lighter. My pores appear smaller and some of the areas that showed signs of new breakouts are gone. I had several places that are now smaller and show signs of healing. I found this product on one of the daily deals for Christmas, so it was an impulse buy and I have a feeling that it is going to turn out to be a great investment! I intend to use the pore cleaner regularly as part of my skin care regiment so I will soon see if I continue to get good results. But so far I am really impressed. I also bought the face steamer and used it before I used the suction tool because I saw in the reviews where it helped get the maximum results from the tool. I will update more if things change.
