This is an original Samsung stylus pen or is exactly identical in every way. I did not lose mine, but broke the "clicker" on the end, so had it to compare to. It is identical in every way, markings included, fits in the phone as it should of course, and all software and hardware functions work as they should work with my Samsung Note 8. I highly recommend this if you need a replacement or a spare just in case.
