Super fast shipping. Light weight. Seems durable (not in use yet). Very nice color. The only thing I didn't like was there was not a changing pad inside.

Many of the models we viewed included changing pads so I had hoped it had a changing pad but just not listed. To give an idea of the roominess I put an extra large Kleenex Box inside (5" tall 9" long) I can place 3 Kleenex boxes inside this backpack so that's 45" sq inches of storage. Insulated bottle holders but the insulation doesn't look very well insulated. However since it's not in use yet, the insulation could work just fine.

I bought this diaper bag as one of the two diaper bags my daughter will use for her new baby boy. We like the backpack model and ease of use to keep hands free for handling baby and stroller etc.

For the price I thought this was an excellent deal. Nice durable (expensive looking material) and plenty of pockets n bottle insulated holders. I rated 4 stars overall taking 1 star for no changing pad. Also couldn't give a 5 star rating for durability when it's not being used yet.

I WOULD buy this diaper bag again. That's the best rating you can give anything. KIddyCare does insert a coupon for next purchase. Nice touch.

I absolutely love this backpack! It's easy to get into quickly because of the zipper being on the top, and there being no extra flap to get open. One thing I love in particular is that when you open the top and look in, because of the nature of the pockets on the inside, you can instantly see almost everything you have stored in there. I can't believe how much stuff fits in this bag. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn't come with a changing pad- you have to buy that separately. And also that there's no hole to have easy access to wipes, which you use often enough to justify having that function. Overall, I love the bag. It's really durable with almost a waterproof feeling material on the outside. Stores SO MUCH. And there's so many pockets and zippers for organizing all those little items you need that always seem to get lost.

My hubby picked this out for us, I was excited when it arrived. Until we started using it. It isn't as great as we were hoping it would be.

Wipes barely fit in the "wipe" pocket. It is narrow and very deep, was difficult to find things and put all we needed in it. The bottle pockets are so small, couldn't fit three bottles unless they are 4oz. Tried to put 3 8oz Avent bottles in and the pocket wouldn't zip, we are extremely disappointed.on top of all that, it ripped.. very easily. Will not recommend to anyone. Better off writing a cheap one at Walmart ðŸ'„

We're using this for a diaper bag. I love that it makes you well organized with all the things you need for baby. Makes it easy to access and find items, no getting lost at the bottom of the bag either. There is a zipper on back to easily access items in the bottom of the bag.

The insulated pockets work pretty well so far. I have been out in the summer heat for several hours and took out a cool bottle. The pockets fit most size bottles. I squeezed wide mouth (tommee tippee) and standard size other brands. They will not however fit Dr. Brown's. They'll have to go in an inside pocket.

The material seems durable, straps are comfortable, and can be wiped with soap and water.

I was so excited about this bag after reading the good reviews. Unfortunately when I received the bag it was much smaller than I thought it would be. It didn't hold much of my sons supplies that he needs on a daily basis. I was highly disappointed and returned the bag. I ended up buying a regular back to school backpack and it's perfect for our needs. I will say that that shipping was fast and the customer service was great that's why they get 2 stars.

So if you have a kiddo that has extra (like medical) or a lot of supplies this bag isn't for you!
