As expected, it tastes like pasta. Gold Harbor is still my favorite brand for taste and texture but since they don't make their spaghetti anymore, this is very good too.

I desperately need more protein in my diet so I started researching products that gave me more protein but aren't disgusting like all the gross shakes my boyfriend eats. I FREAKING LOVE THIS PASTA. It tastes like pasta but it's totally healthy?? I've been a fan of this product for awhile so I was pleasantly surprised to see it on amazon. I feel like the mung bean and sheretaki ones are all we eat for dinner anymore but I'm not complaining.

Great taste and texture. It has 21 grams of protein and tons of fiber. I t feels like I'm eating pasta but it is much healthier. I would recommend Zeroodle Organic Black Bean Pasta to everyone.
