I have bought many enzyme formulas over the years. I found this to be one of the best.
It is so complete with enzymes beyond just the usual protease, amylase, lipase and lactase.
The enzymes include enzymes to help heart, and other parts of the body.
Is also easy on the stomach(even empty stomach). I know this is an issue for many. I myself have a very sensitive stomach, no issues withthis product.
Again, I have tried so many brands and varieties over the years. I am sure not al agree,, however I find this to be one of the best "I" have tried.

Taking two capsules twice a day for two weeks did not seem to get rid of the bad bacteria and fungi in my gut. But another ten days at three or four times a day intake of the two capsules found me taking in foods I am sensitive to without the swelling of my feet that I had experienced formerly. So the increased amount seems to do the job.

Fighting SIBO, I added these to the mix f herbals I'd been taking. I have to assume that InterFase was helpful, because I had better results after its addition than prior to it. On the other hand, it is possible that duration-of-use of the other herbals, or something else was at play. What I can say, base on "subject population of 1" being myself, is that herbals, including Oregano oil, Candibactins AR & BR, Allimax, and "Atrantil" used in combination & rotation with InterFase always included, proved more effective against SIBO-C than did Xifaxan. This is my second order of InterFase. The first wasn't "InterFase Plus" - but , figured I'd try it.
Good product combined with D-Mannose

It's hard to know how helpful these would be on their own. But I bought two bottles when I was fighting chronic/recurring UTIs and take them as directed along with D-Mannose 3 x/day and I can say it seemed to have broken the cycle and has helped me to stay infection free.

These work really well but you cannot take them forever. As many other reviewers have said, the EDTA will drain you. It is a synthetic used to chelate out minerals-- all minerals-- thus draining your body of calcium, iron, zinc, everything. I took these for a month to fight a horrible candida infestation (vaginal infection and sinus) and had to stop because I felt like a twig ready to snap. That being said, the DO work. I shed tons of candida in the toilet and really helped kick start my battle against it. I would not take these longer than a month.
