It's works pretty well I noticed improvement in my dogs mood after a few days of giving it to her. She probably still needs a trip to the vet but I'm sure she is more relieved than she was before she started treatment. She won't eat it in pill form so I have to crush it up and mix it with her food. It's probably not good for dog to think it's ok to eat pills also it is very hard to crush so I'm so I don't recommend the tablet by itself.

Around midnight, April 16th my fur baby started having issues in which I quickly figured out was a bladder infection. I immediately started searching for something that would help and came across this product.
After reading through all the reviews, I placed an order and it was at my door step 4 hours later. I gave him two tablets and about 30 minutes later he was finally able to lay down for more than 5 minutes and get some sleep.
Is it possible it worked that fast? All I know is the poor thing had been in and out every few minutes, and couldn't lay down much longer than that, and was now resting comfortably. So in our case I'll say yes, it worked that fast.
I also read where someone said it was safe to give them D-Mannose, and since I had given him the full dose of the Coco Luna, I went ahead and gave him one D-Mannose capsule, by breaking it open and mixing it into a pup cup.
To give some insight on the stage of the bladder infection, it progressed pretty quickly to the point where there was blood. By the next night it was COMPLETELY gone, and he hasn't had a problem ever since.
Our results may not be as quick for everyone but I definitely recommend giving it a try. I now give this to both of my dogs, once a week for preventative maintenance.
As for flavor, well the one who had the infection LOVES it and eats it like a treat. My other dog spits it right back out LOL, so for him I put it in a pill cup with peanut butter. The smell, not so good, but is overlooked because it works and that's more important.
