These have really helped with my vitamin D deficiency. Upon researching, I found a lot of evidence that suggests K2 helps with the obsorption. When I switched from the regular 50,000 ui the dr had prescribed, I noticed a much bigger difference in my energy level and mood in general. When I found out what K2 does for the process of getting Calcium into the bones, I bought it. My wife has Parkinson's Disease and that almost always comes with osteoporosis. I had been giving her a calcium drink of my own concoction and it includes Calcium, Magnesium and D3, Now, I can add in that all important K2 and hope it helps her more than jsut her daily calcium drink.

Seems to be the best value on the site and decent quality seems to be in it as well, time will tell. My doctor tested me for low D and found me lacking most of the year, except for mid summer. She recommended I take a supplement, she didn't say which one, though, she only wanted me to take little gel types with liquid D in them, however, those variety seem harder to find at a good price where I live in Northern Michigan, so I thought I would give these a try. The K2 added is why I bought them, because I had done some research on absorption, and it seems the K2 shows promise in biologically balancing your D3 availability. Also, I can't seem to find K2 plus D3 combo here where I live, so I have to order them. So far, so good. I believe I will be getting more of these.
