I enjoyed this curler because it is fast and makes lasting curls. I dislike that whenever gets stuck it beeps a lot. Very annoying having to reset each time that happens. It is very ergonomic and easy to hold and not get burn.

No matter how small of a selection I try it gets tangled up and starts beeping. You can't just reset the chi or turn it off. You have to unplug it to reset. Quite a pain. When I can get it to work the curls are really tight because I have naturally curly hair

I have an 11 year old girl who loves dressing up and being a fashionista. However, she hates having her hair done because she is afraid of being burned and also doesn't like how long it takes to curl her hair. I got this baby and it curls your hair in less than ten minutes flawlessly! She was so excited to do it herself too. Not even a chance of getting burned and all the curls looked amazing. She even asked me to buy one for her for when she is at her dad's house! Huge win for both of us! The coolest part is the fact that you can choose how tight the curls are by how long you push the button down. It stops automatically after 4-5 seconds when you hold down the rotating button so beach waves require it once, while soft curls are twice and tighter curls is three times.
Oh and best thing: you hair doesn't get caught up or tangled in it. There is no clamp so you can't mess up. It's a lifesaver!!

I have to admit I only tried this very briefly yesterday to make sure it worked (technically - turned on, heated up etc) and only tried to do one curl following the instructions. I was not impressed as the heat setting was on 400 and the small (less than one inch per instructions) barely curled. Maybe I did something wrong? Maybe it was too hot and humid yesterday for my hair to cooperate? I will try again this weekend when I have time and hope it works as shown in the posted videos as I'd really love to have some curls and volume. I'll post again once I play with this.
